James Gresham is an Education Consultant at the World Bank’s Education Global Practice. He has advised on numerous lending operations, analytical programs, and advisory services in the education sector in both the Europe & Central Asia and Africa regions, with a focus on the quality, equity, and efficiency of primary and secondary education. Recently, he has contributed to programs supporting school learning environments, service delivery, and efficiency reforms in Romania, Moldova, Serbia, and Kosovo. He is a doctoral candidate in Educational Administration and Policy Studies at the George Washington University’s Graduate School of Education and Human Development and he holds an M.A. in International Affairs and a B.S. in Business Economics.
