Kate Henvey DeMoss
Kate Henvey DeMoss Governance Specialist, The World Bank Group
Serving as a policymaker and researcher in the field of governance and international economics for over fifteen years, Kate Henvey DeMoss works across the Global Practices at the World Bank to implement citizen engagement throughout the Bank’s portfolio. Having contributed to the Strategic Framework for Mainstreaming Citizen Engagement in World Bank Group Operations in the World Bank’s Operational Policy and Country Services unit, Kate has continued her work with the strategic framework by developing citizen engagement research and knowledge products throughout the World Bank Group. She has developed and facilitated the World Bank Group Citizen Engagement Massive Online Open Course (MOOC) offerings from 2014-2017.
Kate also served in the U.S. Department of Treasury’s Office of International Affairs and the North American Development Bank. She is a PhD candidate in political development at Tulane University, holds a MA from the Georgetown School of Foreign Service, and a BA from Trinity University, Texas.
