Water, Sanitation, Hygiene Statistics and Communications Specialist
Libbet Loughnan is a water, sanitation, hygiene statistics and communications specialist. She is currently an advisor on water, sanitation and hygiene indicators, statistics and monitoring for the World Bank Water Global Practice, Water and Sanitation Program. Previously, she worked with UNICEF headquarters and as the director of a children’s health and development foundation in China. In addition to substantial health promotions and health communications experience she is an artist.
