María Eugenia Bonilla-Chacín is a Senior Economist working on the Health, Nutrition and Population Global Practice at the World Bank. Her areas of interest are health policies and poverty. She has worked, among other things, on issues concerning governance and service delivery, and health in all policies. Maria Eugenia earned a Ph.D. in Economics from the Johns Hopkins University.
