Economic Affairs Officer, United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific
Mathieu is an Economic Affairs Officer at the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP), where he is supporting governments in the region in implementing measures to efficiently involve the private sector in infrastructure development. Prior to joining ESCAP, he worked for the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the European Commission (EC) dealing with infrastructure projects in Eastern Europe, Central Asia and North Africa. He also has experience in the private banking sector.
