Miguel Angel Jorge is a Senior Fisheries Specialist at the World Bank and part of the PROBLUE multi-donor trust fund team.  He provides technical expertise to the Bank and governments on fisheries, aquaculture and integrated seascape management, emphasizing strategies to enable sustainable private investment.
