Program Officer, Global Program on Forced Displacement
Mona Niebuhr is a Program Officer in the Global Program on Forced Displacement in the World Bank’s Fragility, Conflict and Violence Group. Previously, she was an advisor on Global Public Goods and International Financial Institutions in the Global Partnerships division at GIZ. Niebuhr’s prior experience includes work in the World Bank Group’s Operations Policy and Country Services unit on Advisory Services and Analytics, Council on Foreign Relations' Center for Preventive Action, UNDP's Washington Representation Office, and the international NGO The Advocacy Project.
