Oni Lusk-Stover is an Education Operations Officer in the Human Development Network of the World Bank Group. She is the team leader for the Systems Approach for Better Education Results (SABER)-Engaging the Private Sector program and manages the Partnership for Education Development, a World Bank-United Kingdom Department for International Development partnership furthering research on education markets for the poor, education resilience, school finance, teacher policies, and workforce development. Ms. Lusk-Stover is the World Bank representative to the governing committee of the United Nations Girls' Education Initiative and is a member of the SABER-Equity and Inclusion team, conducting research to address multiple sources of disadvantage in education. She joined the World Bank in 2006 and has since worked on projects and research initiatives in Sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia in addition to her work in the education unit of the Human Development Network. She holds a MA in International Comparative Education from Stanford University.
