Sang is health specialist at the World Bank office in Hanoi, where he has worked on human resource for health, healthcare quality improvement and healthcare waste management since 2012. Previously, he worked as a lecturer for a University and was an expert for a health consulting firm. For more than 15 years, he has been providing policy advice to Governments in Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar and Laos PDR to strengthen health systems and protect environmental health. Sang graduated from Hanoi Medical School with General Medicine Degree in 2001 and a Master of Public Health in 2003. He holds a Post-graduate Diploma in Hospital Management from Berlin School of Economics and Laws in 2008.
