Silvia Kirova is a Client Services Officer at the Public Expenditure and Financial Accountability (PEFA) Secretariat. Since joining the Secretariat in July 2015 she performs clients related activities: liaison with PEFA clients and partners, providing information and data on PEFA reports and statistics, maintains the Secretariat’s database. Silvia coordinates the Sustainable Development Goals project activities for PEFA Secretariat - SDG 16.6.1 Indicator Data Collection, providing summary of data and information. She manages PEFA Website and Social Media, including publishing news, articles, PEFA reports, papers and PFM related information.
Prior to joining PEFA Secretariat Silvia served as President Operations at the WBFN and Project Manager for the Regional Environmental Center for CEE-CO Bulgaria.
Silvia holds a master’s degree in engineering and graduate diploma in International Economic Relations from the University of Architecture and Civil Engineering in Sofia. She is a JICA alumni and received a certificate, attending the IMF course on Public Financial Management.
