Private Sector Development Specialist, Development Economics Vice Presidency, World Bank
Valeria Perotti is a Private Sector Development Specialist in the Development Economics Vice Presidency of the World Bank, where she currently works on the implementation and analysis of the Enterprise Surveys. Before joining the Enterprise Analysis team, Valeria worked in the Human Development Network of the World Bank, where she managed the Russia Trust Fund multi-country survey to develop methods for measuring individual financial capability. Previously, Valeria worked on the design and analysis of labor force surveys at ISFOL in Italy. She holds a Master in Economics and a PhD in Econometrics and Empirical Economics from Tor Vergata University in Rome, and she has published in the areas of job informality, life expectancy and applied microeconometrics.
