Alejandra Linares-Rivas is a communications specialist working with the World Bank’s Health, Nutrition and Population Global Practice in West and Central Africa. She has worked with multilateral institutions and non-profit organizations for the last 15 years on international development projects, partnerships, communication, and fundraising in the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America. Prior to consulting for the World Bank, she was the Executive Director of the US-based NGO Help Peru. Alejandra holds a Master of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s in journalism from Universidad Francisco de Vitoria, Madrid, Spain.
