Alethea H. Dopart is a Consultant with the Education Sector of the World Bank's Human Development Network. She currently works with the front office in coordinating the sector's transition to a global practice. She joined the Bank in 2011 as Junior Professional Associate and holds a B.A. in International Relations and Political Science from Wellesley College.
