I am Amrita Chowdhury, hailing from Kolkata, honors Graduate in Economics from Calcutta University, pursuing PGCHRM with XLRI. My grounding in HR spans from Multinational companies in the IT sector, to the consulting role for Private Sectors, PSUs and Government bodies on the areas inclusive of organization structuring, policy designing, manpower planning.
