Andy has over ten years’ experience, with both the World Bank and IFC, advising public sector clients on public-private partnership (PPP) transactions and the creation of conducive enabling frameworks for private investment in infrastructure. Based in Washington DC, Andy has worked across Africa, MENA, and South Asia, specializing in working in countries affected by Fragility, Conflict, & Violence, and has advised on multiple sectors including power, transport, water, and agriculture.
