Anton Dobronogov is a Senior Economist at the Global Practice for Macroeconomics and Fiscal Management of the World Bank. Prior to joining the Bank in 2002 as a Young Professional, he worked as an assistant professor for the National Technical University of Ukraine, as a research associate for the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis in Austria, and as a consultant for Harvard Institute for International Development. Mr. Dobronogov holds an MPA in International Development from Harvard University and a doctorate in Systems Analysis and Decision Theory from the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
