Benjamin Stephan joined DIA in January 2014. Ben manages relations with the Kenyan and Filipino diasporas and is the team’s point person on crowdfunding. He previously worked for the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration and worked in schools in St. Louis and in rural Tanzania. He holds an MSc in International Development and an MSc in International Migration from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a BA in International Studies, Urban Affairs, French, and Political Science from Saint Louis University.
