Borja works in the Transport & ICT Global Practice, where he supports the transport and sustainability agenda in Latin America and the Caribbean, mainly in Brazil. Before joining the World Bank in 2014, he worked as a consultant in the Middle East and North Africa region and in Southern and Western Europe. Borja is graduated in Environmental Science and holds a Postgraduate in Urban Planning complemented by an MA in International Business Administration.
