Carlos Sabatino is a data science consultant in the Poverty and Equity Global Practice. His work focuses on improving the user experience of analytical portals, data tools, and knowledge products. Prior to joining the World Bank, Carlos devised public sector solutions using service design, behavioral science, and emerging digital technologies. Most recently, he worked as a digital strategist at Collective Mind, a social enterprise, and was a graduate behavioral science researcher at the Center for Advanced Hindsight. Carlos holds a Master’s in Public Policy from Duke University and has worked extensively in Latin America, Africa, and South East Asia.
