Carmen Niethammer directs IFC’s efforts to enable companies to address gender gaps in employment and thereby drive gains in productivity, competitiveness, and innovation. Among others, she manages the World Bank Group’s "Tackling Childcare" project and the "SheWorks" private sector partnership for women’s employment.
