Caroline De Roover is a Consultant at the World Bank East Asia and Pacific Chief Economist Office, where she provides internal and external communications support. Prior to this, she worked at Whyte Corporate Affairs, a top-tier communications agency in Belgium, where she gained experience in corporate communications, crisis management, and public affairs. Caroline holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a major in International Relations from Catholic University Leuven, complemented by a second Master's degree in Communications and European Public Affairs from IHECS University in Brussels.
