Chris Pablo leads a team working on an urban and local government program in West Bank and Gaza that focuses on improving LGU performance. Prior to his West Bank and Gaza assignment, he was based in Dhaka, Bangladesh leading a large local government and urban program for Bangladesh and worked on projects in India and the Maldives. He also worked in the World Bank Manila office leading urban/local government, urban transport and disaster risk management projects.
