Connor is a Senior Economist in the World Bank's Jakarta Office. Connor joined the World Bank in 2006 and currently leads the Private Sector Development program in Indonesia. Originally trained as a banker at UBS and Credit Suisse in Switzerland, Connor’s work in the past years has focused on government regulation and promotion of the private sector across the economy, in areas such as finance/banking, foreign direct investment, education, health, and utilities/infrastructure. Connor has a BA in economics from Harvard University, an MA in International Policy Studies from Stanford University, and an MA and PhD in Applied Economics from the RAND Graduate School.
