Danie lA. Dias is an Assistant Professor in the Economics Department of the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. He joined the University of Illinois in 2010 and his current research interests are firm growth in external markets, measurement of sovereign debt stocks, and re-access to credit markets by firms and countries. He holds a Ph.D. in Management from the Anderson School of Management, UCLA.
