David is a Senior Energy Economist in the World Bank’s Energy & Extractives Global Knowledge Unit, where he works with World Bank teams and clients on utility financial performance. He previously worked as a financial analyst in the World Bank’s East Africa Energy and Infrastructure Finance and Guarantees teams. David began his career in the private sector as a financial and management consultant for utility, power project, and energy SME clients in Europe and Africa.
