David Young is a communications consultant with the Gender Group. He has worked in strategic communications roles in the USA, UK, Denmark and New Zealand. David has led communications for the Copenhagen Consensus Center, the RUSH Foundation, and the New Zealand Business Roundtable. He worked in New Zealand's parliament as an opposition party press secretary, and as a print and broadcast journalist. In addition to the World Bank, David works with international think-tanks and civil society organizations.
