Delores McLaughlin has more than 30 years of experience in social and economic development programming, policy, and advocacy, with a focus on promoting gender equality and economic rights of children and youth. She joined Plan International in 1994 to establish a global initiative to offer financial services for (primarily) poor women. She also led the development of Plan International's Economic Security Strategy and is the lead person for Plan International on the Solutions for Youth Employment (S4YE) global coalition.
