Diana Rubiano is a Civil Engineer, and holds a M.Sc. in Geotechnical Engineering. She has experience in LAC countries on Disaster Risk Management projects (hazard/risk seismic and landslide mapping, risk reduction measures, emergency response plans and recovery). Currently, she is working in the World Bank. Previously, she worked in the Colombian Geological Survey and former director at Bogota Office for Prevention and Emergency Response.
