Diana Sverdlin Lisker is a Young Professional in the Human Development Global Practice of the World Bank. She joined the Bank in September 2023. Her work focuses on the economic challenges faced by firms and households in developing countries caused by large levels of informality and poor access to social insurance. She holds a B.A. in Economics from ITAM in Mexico and a Ph.D. in Economics from MIT.
