Diane Zovighian is a Consultant in the Governance Global where she provides expertise on public governance reform, and supports strategic engagement, policy dialogue and operations through political economy analysis and survey work.
Diane holds a PhD in Government from Georgetown University, and is a Lecturer at Sciences Po Paris and an Affiliate Professor at the Barcelona Institute for International Studies. She has worked or conducted research in over twenty countries in the Middle East and North Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa and Southeast Asia.
