Eduardo Lora is a Colombian economist, currently affiliated with the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. He is Vice-President elect of the Latin American and the Caribbean Economic Association and a former Chief Economist of the Inter-American Development Bank. He represented the IADB at the Advisory Board of the Latin American Development Forum Series between 2001 and 2012.
