Gabriel Aguirre Martens is an Economist for Bolivia, Chile, Ecuador, and Peru (LC6 CMU) at the World Bank. Gabriel has experience in the use of data to improve health systems in Latin America. He has participated in projects and research to improve epidemiologic surveillance, health financing gaps, and the organization of healthcare networks through innovative use of public data. Gabriel holds a Master’s in Public Administration in International Development from Harvard University
