Gaia Hatzfeldt is a social inclusion specialist working in the World Bank Water Global Practice. She works on topics related to gender, citizen engagement, and well-being. Prior to joining the World Bank, she worked in grassroots organizations in India, Nepal and Mexico. She has a PhD in social anthropology from the University of Edinburgh.
