Gaukhar Ospanova is a Private Sector Development Specialist in the World Bank Group's Finance, Competitiveness & Innovation Global Practice (FCI). She has worked on projects in areas such as improving the investment climate, implementing SME development, and supplier development programs in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan. Prior to joining the Bank, Gaukhar worked as a Program Coordinator for UNDP project on promoting employment.
