Heather Arney, leads Water.org’s monitoring and evaluation strategy and efforts to track and measure program efforts and impacts. Since joining Water.org in 2005, Heather has helped to expand its international partner network and capacity, design and implement strategic programs, and develop information systems and tools for program monitoring and evaluation. Prior to joining Water.org, Heather served in the Peace Corps, in the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, West Africa, where she worked with microfinance institutions and girls’ education.
