Ibrahim Levent is a senior information officer at the World Bank and leads the Financial Data team of the Development Data Group. He oversees the publication of Global Development Finance publication and the compilation and dissemination of the World Bank Debtor Reporting System (DRS) database, quarterly external debt statistics as well as quarterly public sector debt statistics in a collaborative effort with the IMF and the OECD. Ibrahim holds a PhD in statistics from the George Washington University, Washington DC.
