Jorge Luis Alva-Luperdi is a Senior Counsel in the Legal Vice Presidency of the World Bank. He has worked on World Bank-financed projects in East Asia, Central Asia, Latin America and South Asia. Prior to joining the World Bank, he worked as a lawyer in law firms in USA and Peru.
