Kamila Galeza is a Social Development Specialist with the Social Sustainability and Inclusion Global Practice in the Latin America and the Caribbean Region. Previously, she worked in the Water Global Practice, where she supported the deepening of social inclusion in global programs and lending operations through capacity building, operational support, and knowledge management. Kamila led the preparation of the 'Women in Water Utilities: Breaking Barriers' report and the launch of the Equal Aqua Platform, which promotes female participation in the water sector. Her work focuses on promoting social inclusion, gender, disability inclusion and citizen engagement in development projects and programs, particularly in infrastructure sectors.
