Lorenzo Carrera is a Disaster Risk Management Specialist at The World Bank, where he works on urban resilience, hydromet services and infrastructure development projects in Africa. He holds a PhD in Environmental Economics, a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering and a second Master’s Degree in Land and Water Conservation.
