Manjula Luthria is Senior Economist at the Social Protection Labor and Jobs Global Practice at the World Bank where she works on labor mobility issues. She was also the program leader for the International Mobility Program. This program focuses on providing analytical and technical advice as well as practical support to facilitate the liberalization of global labor markets.
