Mr. Mulele Maketo Mulele is the Director, Economic Management Department at Ministry of Finance, Zambia. He has held this position since January 2020. Prior to this, he held various positions including Director (Development Planning) at the Ministry of National Development Planning, Assistant Director (Economic Affairs) in the Office of the Secretary to Cabinet, and Principal Economist (Economic Forecasting and Modelling) in the Economic Management Department of the Ministry of Finance and National Planning.
He holds B.Sc. from University of Zambia, MHS from Osaka University (Japan), and he is currently a candidate for a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) at Binary University (Malaysia). Mr. Mulele is a Board Member for Securities Exchange Commission (SEC).
