Within the World Bank’s Infrastructure Vice Presidency, Patrice provides services and financing support for large infrastructure projects in the power, oil, gas, and transport industries in order to attract private capital.
Prior to joining the Bank, Patrice was a director within the export and project finance department of Societe Generale, one of the leading European banks in that field. He has been involved at the advisory and arranging stages in numerous landmark multisource projects. Prior to that, Patrice was an investment officer within the structured finance department within the Agence Française de Development, and a project manager within Coyne et Bellier (Tractebel group), one of the leading consulting firms in the hydropower field. He has been involved in several large-scale schemes both at design and construction stages.
Patrice’s educational background is in engineering (ENSHMG) and business administration. His experience mainly spans Africa, Asia, and the Middle East.
