Patrick Nkengne is an education policy analyst at the Pôle de Dakar (UNESCO-IIEP). He has a statistical background and studied economics at the University of Dijon and public policy making at the University of Zurich. He holds a Ph.D. co-supervised by both universities. He worked as consultant for various international organizations involved in the development of education in Sub-Saharan Africa.
