Peter Bourke works at the Development Data Group’s Financial Data Team. He maintains external debt data for the International Debt Statistics (IDS) database and publication, as well as public debt data for developing countries in the Quarterly Public Sector Debt (QPSD) database. He has a master’s degree in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from New York University.
