Qursum Qasim is a Private Sector Specialist in the World Bank’s East Africa regional team. Her work focuses on entrepreneurship and the development of micro, small, and medium enterprises, access to finance for firms, and the digital economy. She leads private sector development and entrepreneurship programs in Uganda and Zambia, with experience working on projects in the Southern Africa, Central Asia and South Asia regions.
