Raju Huidrom

Economist, Development Prospects at the World Bank

Raju Huidrom is an Economist with the Development Prospects Group of the World Bank. He is primarily engaged with monitoring of financial and macroeconomic developments in the global economy, contributing to the World Bank’s semi-annual flagship publication "Global Economic Prospects". Prior to the World Bank, Raju has worked at policy think tanks like the IMF, the Conference Board, and ICRIER. His main research interests are in areas of macroeconomics, international economics, and time series econometrics. He holds a PhD in economics from the University of Virginia. An Indian national, he also holds an MA degree in economics from the Delhi School of Economics.
