Rebecca Ruf is responsible for leading peer learning and knowledge programs for the Alliance, particularly in the Latin America region. She is also in charge of designing and implementing KPIs and performance metrics. Rebecca has over 15 years of experience in international finance, having worked previously for Women’s World Banking where she specialized in gender-focused analytics. She also worked at WWB’s Capital Markets Group. Prior to that she worked with ADV, a start-up microfinance equity fund, and the Inter-American Development Bank. She has a Masters degree in International Development and International Economics from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a Bachelor of Science degree with distinction from Cornell University.
