Richard Miron is the senior communications officer responsible for StAR. He recently joined the World Bank but has worked in communications and international affairs for over twenty years. Richard was formerly a foreign affairs reporter for BBC Television and Radio, and later worked as a spokesman and political officer for the diplomatic arm of the United Nations in Jerusalem .
