Salih K. Kalyoncu is the World Bank's Senior Procurement Specialist, serving as Procurement Team Leader for Belarus, Moldova, Ukraine and Turkey. Before joining the World Bank in 2003, he worked for 20 years for both the Turkish government and in the private sector, with major infrastructure projects. Mr. Kalyoncu holds BS and MS degrees in Civil Engineering.
