Sam Datlof is a joint J.D. and M.P.P candidate at Harvard University. He currently works as a Legal Fellow in the Public Integrity and Openness Department and in the Legal Vice-Presidency of the World Bank. Sam’s interests include institutional accountability, civil rights, immigration, and criminal justice systems.
